1. Withdrawal Period
- You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to request a refund or exchange.
- After this period, we unfortunately cannot accept refund requests.
2. Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, your item must:
- Be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
- Be returned in its original packaging (if applicable).
- Include a proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).
⚠️ The following items are non-refundable:
- Customized or personalized products.
- Sale or discounted items.
- Opened hygiene or cosmetic products.
3. Return Procedure
- Contact our customer service at support@emyreg.com to initiate your refund request.
- Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Once approved, we will send you the return address.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the error is ours (defective or incorrect product).
4. Refund Processing
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
5. Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item for another size, color, or model, please specify this in your request.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
