At EMYREG, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we have a clear and fair refund policy in place.

1. Withdrawal Period

  • You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to request a refund or exchange.
  • After this period, we unfortunately cannot accept refund requests.

2. Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, your item must:

  • Be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
  • Be returned in its original packaging (if applicable).
  • Include a proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).

⚠️ The following items are non-refundable:

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Sale or discounted items.
  • Opened hygiene or cosmetic products.

3. Return Procedure

  1. Contact our customer service at support@emyreg.com to initiate your refund request.
  2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  3. Once approved, we will send you the return address.
  4. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the error is ours (defective or incorrect product).

4. Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days.

5. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item for another size, color, or model, please specify this in your request.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
